Domain Listing & Bidding

Listing your domain is simple! After logging in, go to your dashboard, click "List Domain," fill out the necessary details, and submit. Your domain will be available for buyers to view and purchase.

When you list a domain for auction, buyers can place bids. The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the domain. You'll be notified once the auction ends and the transaction is complete.

To participate in an auction, simply browse the available domains listed for auction, place your bid, and wait for the auction to end. The highest bidder will be notified once the auction concludes.

Buying & Auctions

"Buy It Now" is a fixed-price option that allows buyers to purchase a domain immediately without waiting for an auction to end. If the domain is listed for "Buy It Now," you can purchase it directly at the listed price.

A Fixed Price domain is listed at a set price and can be purchased immediately. There's no need to wait for an auction or bidding process. Simply pay the listed price to secure the domain.

Fees & Premiums

The Buyer Premium is a percentage fee added to the final purchase price of a domain. This fee covers platform services, secure transaction processing, and buyer protection. The percentage is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

The Listing Premium is an optional fee that sellers can pay to feature their domain listings prominently on our platform. Featured listings receive increased visibility, appearing at the top of search results and category pages, which can lead to faster sales.

Sellers pay a small commission percentage on successful sales. This fee covers platform maintenance, marketing, customer support, and secure transaction processing. The exact percentage is displayed in your seller dashboard before you list a domain.

Escrow & Transfer

Our escrow service ensures secure transactions for both buyers and sellers. When a purchase is made, the buyer's payment is held in escrow. Once the domain transfer is confirmed and verified, the funds are released to the seller. This protects both parties throughout the transaction.

Great news! We cover all escrow fees for transactions on our platform. You don't have to worry about any additional charges for using our secure escrow service. This is part of our commitment to providing a seamless and cost-effective domain transaction experience.

Domain transfers typically take 5-7 business days to complete, though some transfers may be faster depending on the registrar. Once payment is confirmed through escrow, the seller initiates the transfer, and you'll receive step-by-step instructions to accept the domain at your registrar.

Identity Verification

Identity verification helps us maintain a secure and trustworthy marketplace. We partner with Didit, a leading identity verification provider, to verify user identities. This process helps prevent fraud, ensures compliance with regulations, and protects all users on our platform.

The verification process is quick and easy. When prompted, click on the verification link in your dashboard. You'll be redirected to Didit's secure platform where you'll need to provide a government-issued ID and complete a brief verification process. Most verifications are completed within minutes.

Identity verification is required for sellers listing domains and for buyers making purchases above certain transaction thresholds. You'll be notified when verification is needed. Verified accounts also gain access to additional features and increased transaction limits.

Absolutely. Didit uses bank-level encryption and follows strict data protection regulations. Your personal information is never shared with third parties and is only used for verification purposes. We take your privacy and security very seriously.

Domain Parking & NDA

Domain parking is a service that allows you to monetize your domain while it's listed for sale. When visitors land on your parked domain, they'll see relevant advertisements, and you can earn revenue from clicks. This helps you generate income from your domain investment even before it sells.

Setting up domain parking is easy. After listing your domain, navigate to the domain management section in your dashboard and select "Enable Parking." Follow the simple instructions to point your domain's nameservers to our parking service, and your domain will start displaying monetized content.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal contract that protects confidential information during domain negotiations. Sellers can require potential buyers to sign an NDA before revealing sensitive details about the domain, its traffic, or revenue. This is particularly useful for high-value domains or those with established businesses.

When listing your domain, you can enable the "Require NDA" option. Interested buyers will be prompted to review and digitally sign the NDA before they can access detailed information about your domain or make an offer. You'll be notified once a buyer signs the agreement.

Yes! You can choose to list your domain privately, which means it won't appear in public search results. Private listings are only accessible via direct link or to buyers you specifically invite. This option is ideal for sensitive or high-value domains where discretion is important.

Account Settings

After signing up, we'll send you an email with a verification link. Click on the link to verify your email address. Email verification helps ensure a secure transaction environment and enables important notifications about your account activity.

You can update your account settings from your dashboard. Simply navigate to the "Account Settings" section where you can update your personal information, email address, password, notification preferences, and payment methods.

In your account settings, you'll find a "Notifications" section where you can customize which alerts you receive. You can choose to be notified about bids, offers, auction endings, messages, and more. Select your preferred notification methods: email, SMS, or in-app notifications.
